The last day to order samples for a pre Xmas delivery is 19/12/2021. Samples ordered after this date will be delivered week commencing 3rd January.
The last day to place a full order for a pre-xmas delivery is the 15/12/2021. Orders Placed before this time the Express delivery method must be selected for delivery before xmas. Orders placed after the 15/12/2021 or orders placed with standard delivery will be delivered Week commencing 03/01/2021.
Our customer service team will be working up until 5pm on the 22/12/2021. We will be back at work 03/01/2021. We will still be placing your orders during this period and we will have very minimal out of office support. Please note replies can take up to 5 days during this window.

The Costs Involved
We make no attempt in hiding our delivery charges! But we gone one further. To answer your questions surrounding our costs we have the explanation below! As standard our delivery charges are set at £40.00 for all orders under 15m2. The delivery offered is a 3-10 working day delivery for all of our products. We also offer express shipping with orders delivered within 5 working days. WE ALSO OFFER FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER 15M2 This delivery service applies to UK MAINLAND ONLY.
Sample's Are Free Of Delivery Charges!
Our £40 Charge is our standard delivery charge regardless if you have one box or 20 boxes! For us to send a pallet out the minimum we are charged is £54. Our insurance is an additional £5. The cost of packaging to include the pallet is £11 This means in total our minimum costs are £70.00 We subsidise this to allow your costs to be just £40.00

How Our Deliveries Work
Standard 3-10 Day Delivery
Our standard delivery service is a 3-5 working day delivery. This applied to all full orders. Full orders are sent via the pallet network system. they are delivered on wooden pallets (that are yours to keep) by a skilled and dedicated driver. All of the drivers use a "Tail-Lift" this means they can safely unload your delivery to the kerb side.
Our deliveries are regularly delivered within this time frame however, some times orders are delayed due to courier issues, and events beyond our control i.e traffic, mechanical issues etc.. We always advise to allow up to 10 working days on all orders. Any deliveries that surpass 10 days we will refund the full shipping costs if applicable! The standard delivery does not include non-working days such as Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.
We currently do not deliver to Islands surrounding the United Kingdom.
Delivery outside the mainland UK may be arranged by prior agreement. You will be notified of the amount of the charge for this service and will at that point have to make a decision whether you wish to proceed wth your order.

How Our Samples Get Delivered
For those ordering a single sample (this means a single brick effect tile sample or a sample box of brick slips which can contain 2 or 4 bricks depending on level of variation. Deliveries will be made via Royal Mail or APC. All of our samples sent using this service usually take 1- 3 working days.
We take the planet seriously so all of our packaging for samples is eco friendly and completely recyclable!
For larger samples (two samples or more) we send these out via DHL on a traceable service in a secure box with bubble wrap these take from 2-5 working days!
There are no delivery charges for our samples.
Terms & Conditions
All our deliveries are made via a subcontractor using a pallet network. For our samples we will use a courier service. When a 2 brick sample is picked we will send this via Royal Mail you can expect to receive this in 1-3 working days. For Larger sample orders these are usually delivered via DHL and will be delivered in 2-5 working days.
All other orders will be delivered via our pallet network. All our pallet deliveries are delivered via a tail-lift and NOT via a crane this means the drivers will be able to un-load your order and deliver it kerbside. Should you have any restrictions or access restrictions such as narrow roads we kindly ask that you inform us prior to your delivery to avoid any delays. Failure to do this may result in a non-delivery and therefore an additional charge for a re-delivery will apply.
We ask that the below is carried out
Check that you have good access, streets are able to have a lorry come down, the pathway is clear etc.
We like to ensure all goods are delivered to a flat and level surface. In addition your good will be delivered on a pallet that is yours to keep!
We will always require someone to be at the property to check and sign for the goods as damages must be reported within 24 hours to allow us to exchange these.
Always check the address provided to ensure these are delivered to the correct address, failure to do so will occur a re-delivery charge.
We are always happy to help so any restrictions you may have, please inform us and we will be sure to work around this.
We aim to deliver all goods within 3-5 working days, most of our orders meet this deadline. This is providing products are in stock. We do not accept any liability for delays that we can not control, this includes issues with the courier, consignment damaged in transport, late deliveries that are out of our control such as traffic etc. Deliveries are made between 8 a.m and 6 p.m, and whilst we can try and obtain an estimated time of delivery during that day, in some instances this is not possible.
If you require your order delivered within a specific time-frame, we can upgrade your delivery service at an additional cost. This service includes the following:
Should access be an issue or the un-load place deemed unsafe the driver maintains the rights to refuse to unload the pallet or alternatively unload it as near as possible to the required destination, which may well be at the side of the road.
If, when the driver delivers, he cannot obtain a signature, the delivery may be returned for delivery at a later date. this cost will need to be paid by the customer before re-delivering Further charges may be incurred if this happens.
Availability and Delivery
Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the dispatch confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, then within 30 days of the date of the dispatch confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
For palletised deliveries, the goods will be delivered as close as possible to your front door. If this location is unreachable for any reason, such as a narrow street, up a flight of stairs (such as flats), or any other obstruction, delivery will be made as near to your property as possible.
For palletised deliveries, the driver is NOT insured to take the goods inside your property. The pallet will be delivered to a location as stated above, and it is strongly recommended that at least 2 able bodied persons are available to receive the delivery and carry the goods inside.
You are reminded to fully check your order within 24 hours to be eligible for an exchange or refund.
